Your systems should move the data. Not your people.
We connect the software you already use and automate the repetitive work: orders, invoices, stock, reports. We start with one process, and you do not need an IT team of your own.
- No need to replace your software
- Fixed price for the first stage
- First result 2-4 weeks after signing
- The code and access are yours
In the first call we tell you whether there is anything worth automating at all. If there is not, we will say so.
Where the hours actually go
In almost every company we look at, the same things keep showing up. Each one looks small. Added up over a month, it is work nobody hired anyone to do.
The numbers never match
One stock figure in the warehouse, another in the shop, a third in accounting. The morning starts with reconciling them.
Spreadsheets as glue
Once a month somebody exports a file from one system and uploads it into another. Half a day, and not always on the first try.
Orders arriving by email
A customer writes in, a person retypes it into the system. Sometimes with a typo, sometimes not at all.
Reports pulled from four places
Answering how much you earned last month means opening four systems and one more spreadsheet.
It all rests on one person
Only they know where each thing goes. When they take a week off, the process stops.
A system that stopped growing
It fit five years ago. Now every new customer means another round of manual work.
What exactly we do
We do not start with technology. We start by asking where your hours disappear.
Process automation
Invoices, orders from email, reminders, file transfers, reports. What is done by hand every morning happens overnight instead, and you only hear about it when something fails.
System integration
Your shop, accounting, warehouse, CRM and couriers start exchanging data on their own. We connect what you already have, so you usually do not have to replace anything.
Internal systems
For when off-the-shelf software does not fit, or costs more than it gives back. Order handling, stock, production planning, customer portals. Built around your process rather than the other way round.
And what comes with it
-
Process audit
We find out how the work actually happens and count how many hours a month each step costs.
-
Internal AI assistants
A language model (LLM) that answers questions about your company from the actual data.
-
Reporting and data
One place for the real numbers, with no month-end spreadsheet marathon.
-
Hosting and maintenance
Servers, backups, updates and monitoring. We tell you about an outage before your customers notice it.
Not knowing your own numbers can be expensive
The data is already in your systems: accounting, warehouse, shop, CRM. The trouble is that answering a simple question takes a day, so decisions get made on gut feeling. Often the expensive part is not the mistake itself, but finding out about it too late.
Selling at a loss without knowing it
A supplier raised their price and your price in the shop stayed the same. Every sale eats into the margin until somebody notices at the end of the quarter.
Cash stuck in the warehouse
Stock that has not moved in six months takes up space and working capital, while the best sellers run out at the worst possible moment.
A debt that grows quietly
A customer has owed more every month for three months, and you only find out when they stop answering.
A customer who costs more than they bring
Plenty of orders, but once discounts, returns and delivery are counted, you are working for them at a loss.
What we put in place
-
An internal AI assistant
A language model (LLM) connected to your systems. It answers from the actual data and shows where each figure came from. It only sees what the person asking is allowed to see.
-
Alerts while there is still time
The system tells you when a margin drops, an item runs low or a payment is late. No waiting for the month-end report.
-
One place for the numbers
Dashboards a manager opens themselves, with figures that match the systems because they come straight from them.
We only use AI where it is genuinely needed. Where a plain rule does the job, we leave the AI out: a rule is cheaper and easier to check.
Talk about your dataFor example, you can ask:
- Which customers are more than 30 days late paying?
- Which products lost margin this month?
- Which items will run out in less than two weeks?
- How much did we earn last month compared with the same month last year?
Four steps, no surprises on the invoice
We do not sell year-long projects whose results you get to see next spring.
-
01
A conversation
One hour. You tell us what is annoying. We ask how many hours it costs and what happens when somebody gets it wrong.
-
02
Audit and plan
We draw the process out, point at the weak spots and suggest where to start. This takes one or two weeks. You get a fixed price and a date for the first stage.
-
03
The first working result
We start with one process, not with the whole company. Within two to four weeks of signing you have something running that saves real time.
-
04
Then we widen it
Once the first stage has paid for itself, we take on the next one. If it has not, we stop and tell you why.
We do not lock you in
We pick widely used, well documented technology that we can still maintain in five years. The code, the documentation and the access are yours, so another team can take the system over at any time.
Laravel
The foundation we build internal systems on. Mature and widely known, so the system never depends on one person.
Laravel AI and MCP
AI where rules fall short: an invoice in a PDF, what an email is about, unstructured text. MCP is the standard way to give an AI assistant controlled access to a system.
Python
Data processing, AI agents and one-off data migrations.
n8n
A workflow automation tool that can run on your own server. Often it is enough, and no new system has to be built.
Metabase
An open-source reporting tool. Dashboards a manager opens themselves, with figures straight from the systems.
Data and integrations
MySQL, PostgreSQL, APIs, webhooks. So the same figure arrives in the other system unchanged and on time.
DevOps and infrastructure
Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, backups. A deployment should be a boring action, not an event.
The questions we get most
Which process costs you the most hours?
Write us a few sentences. In an hour-long call we will tell you whether it is worth automating and where we would start.
Review my processNo technical brief needed. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
