Process audit and optimization

We map how the work actually happens, not how the handbook says it does. You get a list with numbers on it: how many hours a month each step costs and what is worth fixing first.

Process automation

Invoices, reports, reminders, data transfers. What is done by hand every morning can happen overnight instead, and you only hear about it when something fails.

System integration

We connect your shop, accounting, warehouse, CRM and couriers. The tools depend on what you already run: APIs, webhooks, n8n. The data starts moving on its own.

Internal systems

For when off-the-shelf software does not fit, or costs more than it gives back. Order handling, stock, production planning, customer portals. Built around your process rather than the other way round.

Internal AI agents

    A conversation

    One hour. You tell us what is annoying. We ask how many hours it costs and what happens when somebody gets it wrong.

  2. 02

    Audit and plan

    We draw the process out, point at the weak spots and suggest where to start. You get a fixed price and a date for the first stage.

  3. 03

    The first working result

    We start with one process, not with the whole company. Within two to four weeks you have something running that saves real time.

  4. 04

    Then we widen it

    Once the first stage has paid for itself, we take on the next one. If it has not, we stop and tell you why.

What we build with

We do not pick whatever everyone is talking about this week. We pick what we can still maintain in five years and what the next person after us can take over smoothly.

Laravel

The foundation we build internal systems on, when one is genuinely needed. Mature, well documented, and there is no shortage of people who know it, so the system never ends up depending on one person.

Laravel AI and MCP

The official Laravel AI SDK and MCP servers. We use them where rules fall short: reading an invoice out of a PDF, working out what an email is about, pulling data out of free text. Where a plain rule does the job, we leave the AI out.

Python

Data processing, AI agents, one-off migrations. For the jobs where a large pile of data has to be chewed through quickly, or where the library only exists there.

n8n

The automation engine for processes that do not need a system of their own. Queues, scheduled jobs, integrations. Often connecting what you already run is enough and no new system has to be built.

Metabase

Reports and dashboards a manager opens themselves, without waiting for a developer to have time. Metabase connects straight to your data, so the numbers always match the ones in the system.

Data and integrations

MySQL, PostgreSQL, APIs, webhooks, background transfers. The dullest part, and the one everything rests on: the same figure arriving in the other system, on time.

DevOps and infrastructure

Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, backups. A deployment should be a boring action, not an event.

FAQ

The questions we get most

It depends on how many systems have to be connected and how much mess is inside them. That is why the price comes after the audit, fixed for the first stage rather than a range. The first stage usually takes a few weeks.

Usually not. We first look at whether what you have can be connected. We only suggest replacing something when it has no API and there is no way around it.

The audit takes one or two weeks. The first working automation goes live two to four weeks after signing. Larger internal systems need at least two months.

No. Smaller companies often have proportionally more manual work, simply because nobody had time to sort it out. And changes are easier to roll out when they do not need sign-off from five departments.

The code and the access are yours from day one. We use standard technology and document what we did, so somebody else can take over.

We work remotely, so where you are does not matter. The processes we untangle look much the same everywhere. We work in English or Lithuanian.
